As part of the provider transition process, early learning service providers will need to complete their PRODA registration.

This includes completing the on-line transition form. You will be asked to activate, register and set up your child care software, and then provide your child care software provider with an Activation Code, along with your CCS Provider ID and CCS Person ID.

If you have started this process some time back and generated a PRODA Activation Code, you may find that the code has expired and no longer works.

If this is the case, or if you have lost your Activation Code since completing the CCS online transition form, you can create a new code by following the step-by-step instructions in this pdf task card (653 KB) produced by the Department of Human Services.

As per the advice provided in the task card, you will need to log into PRODA via the Department of Human Services gateway (www.humanservices.gov.au/PRODA ) - as opposed to the Department of Education and Training gateway -  to access the relevant section which allows you to create a new Activation Code.
