As part of review of the Early Years Learning Framework for Australia, the second stage of the Approved Learning Frameworks (ALFs) Update project has begun.

The research team are seeking feedback from the early learning sector to ensure the ongoing currency and relevance of the Early Years Learning Framework for Australia.

Under Stage 2, stakeholders’ feedback is now sought on the discussion paper via an online survey:

• Survey for EDUCATORS, PROVIDERS & STAKEHOLDERS - EYLF and MTOP 
  Questions cover topics including the vision of the framework, pedagogy & educators' professional practice, the principles, the practices and the learning outcomes. 
  
  This survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
  
  
• Survey for FAMILIES - EYLF and MTOP (also translated into 5 languages) 
  
  This survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. 

We encourage all early learning service providers to contribute to this survey to ensure there has been wide consultation on the content of the Early Years Learning Framework. 
 
The surveys will close on 17 September 2021.
