Annual licence fee hikes decided behind closed doors will threaten the viability of private and community-based early childhood services, the Australian Childcare Alliance warns. The annual licence fee is a mandatory payment required under the National Quality Framework (NQF) paid by each service to contribute to the ongoing regulatory oversight of the sector.
